This build was for a vending machine business, custom built to make life easier. 1400L drawer rated to 225kg with removable inserts and dividers with multiple configurations for stocking drinks and snacks. Twin 30L fridge drawers and compartment to house the trolley. All made from premium marine ply.

A Mitsubishi Delica with a modified version of our universal fit camper to be used as a rental camper van. These are a great setup with a full size 2000 x 1400 bed which converts into U shape seating with a pop up table. Slide out kitchen and slide out storage drawer with pop up extensions on each side. Up front has a heap of storage underneath for a drawer fridge, battery, luggage or whatever else you need to stow away. $4900

Another Hiace SLWB we have done some work on. We get lots of customers come with a project they started 1 year, 2 years or even longer ago and find they don’t have the time, tools or skills required to complete the work. This van arrived with the electrics wired and some framing on the wall.

We have lined the ceiling with holes for the down lights and max fan, finished framing the walls and lined them with the supplied van seal, framed out the windows then cladded with marine ply. We also made some new doors cards to match so this van is now ready for the customer to continue.

Phase one of this build is complete, we insulated with Corkon, made a marine ply floor with access to spare wheel, fuel pump, factory tie down points and motorcycle stand. Finished with lining the ceiling. The van will come back later once the customer has finalised their cabinet requirements.

Today we finished a complete custom set up for a DIY installation into a 200 series commuter. The set includes a marine ply floor, full size 2000 x 1400 bed with removable centre sections to use a U shape seating during the day, L shape kitchen with sink cutout, space for an 85L upright fridge and slide out cooking as well as a full set of overhead cabinets and an adjustable table.

We are back in the workshop and just finished this mid roof wide body hiace with middle row seats for the folks at Auto Japan. Features an east/west bed, slide out table, 2 huge 1200L drawers with removable dividers, slide out kitchen, upright fridge cabinet and storage cupboard in the back. Pop in and see it at their premises in Kenwick.

We’ve asked to build a few different fit outs for Nissan Elgrands. We have three variations in the works this is the first based on a universal camper which will fit into just about any van with 1100W between the wheel arches. This one we modified to suit the Elgrands floor and shape. We also made a marine ply floor with fuel pump access.
