Install a custom fixed panel with us for Building 51 Pty Ltd.

We have used a structural glazing technique for this window.

This means the glass panel is bonded directly to the structural metal frame using high-strength structural silicone sealants or specialised structural tapes, rather than relying on traditional visible metal pressure plates or mechanical fasteners.

The result is a cleaner, more seamless look, with the glass appearing almost like it’s floating within the frame.

Glazing at Watermans Bay! A slightly different project for us, featuring contrasting powdercoat finishes throughout the window and door framing.

Dulux Duratec Zeus White Matt (90Z1110M) was used across the 704 sliding doors, fixed panels, awning windows and double hinged doors, keeping the front facade bright and seamless.

For contrast, Dulux Duratec Zeus Black Matt (90Z9202M) features through the 7-panel 410 top-hung bifold and kitchen casement windows, with raised colonial bars adding a touch of character.

A balance of simplicity, classic detailing and bold contrast.

Details:
• 24mm double glazing to 704 sliding doors, paired with white Miro flush pull handles.
• Cool E Clear toughened glass to awnings and other products.

This facade design features vertical timber slats paired with our large fixed glazing panels and 6mm Low E Breezway Louvres.

ALTUS DOORS ✔️

This installation transforms our ALTUS Sliding door system into a striking glass window facade, combining minimal framing with fully operable double- glazed performance.

Including three integrated commercial double glazed pivot doors with 112mm door stiles and Dorma RTS85 overhead closers complete the facade, providing controlled and seamless access to the terrace at .

Broome Street Completed! 🏡

Lot’s of raked/ slanted glazing in this project!

All aluminium throughout was finished in Medallion Bronze “Carrara” 25-micron powder coat, giving a warm, consistent finish.

This project includes:
• Breezway Louvres with Low E glass for improved airflow and comfort
• 704 Comfort Plus double-glazed FSSS (four-panel) stacker door, fully recessed for flush flooring inside and out, and connected to a commercial double-glazed hinged door with 112mm stiles for easy, practical access to the entertaining area (seen in the photos attached!)
• 411 top-hung bifold doors, opening from the centre for flexible indoor/outdoor living
• Multiple double-glazed raked and slanted fixed panels, with some incorporating awning windows in hard-to-reach areas to break up the glazing and allow for extra airflow!

Aluminium windows and doors installed throughout this beautiful Japanese-inspired build by , all finished in Night Sky Matt (GN231A) to complement the design.

This home includes:

• Double glazed 704 sliding doors (retro-fitted) with recessed sills, black Zanda flush pull handles, sub-drain.
— Including a Cavity Slider to the living room

• AWS 466 double-glazed awnings and fixed panels in the bedrooms and bathrooms

• Pivot entry door frame and sidelights to the front facade (door by others)

• AWS 50DG Commercial Hinged door (open out) to the laundry
