7pm and still 33 degrees… yes it was hot today!!!🥵☀️💧🚿 and it’s predicted to be a massive week next week with temps all hovering around 40deg in perth every day.
When the water gets too hot in the tank, the hot water safety valve may open and let out boiling hot water.
New style solar hot water systems shouldn’t do this, if they have a TA valve installed, so maybe if yours is dumping water today then it needs a service!
Hot water valves should all be checked periodically and changed when worn to prevent big water bills.
We carry most parts in stock on our technicians vehicles so can come out straight away and repair when needed.
