Iveco Daily 4x4 Dual Battery System

Conveniently, the Iveco has a space in the foot well, behind the cover plates, which facilitates a nicely tucked away Dual Battery System out of sight!

Thanks to the compact size of Victron’s all new SuperPack NG 12V, 100Ah Lithium Battery with built in Battery Management System and Smart Bluetooth, we could take advantage of that footwell space.

We also included a Victron Orion XS 1400 50A, DCDC Charger, also with Smart Bluetooth.

This DC charger now includes Victron’s brilliant Emergency Charge feature which can be switched ON via the Victron Connect App to start charging a vehicles flat start battery @ 25A for 15 minutes, allowing you to start your vehicle!

A Victron Smart Solar 100/20 MPPT Solar Controller was included too and connects to a 50A Yellow Anderson plug to allow for portable solar connection.

Victron SuperPack For The Super Duty

Mark came too us for an Auxiliary battery to run a 32L Engel fridge and install a Starlink Mini, so to start, we measured up and found the perfect spot to design a system under the rear seat!

This installation includes Victron's SuperPack NG 12V 100Ah Lithium battery, which features an Internal BMS, up to 200A Continuous Output and IP65 water and dust protection.

We designed a custom Mini Power Board featuring:
✅A Victron Orion XS 50A DC to DC Charger which facilitates 50A Vehicle Charging from the start battery, Smart Bluetooth to connect to the VictronConnect App and NEW! -an Emergency Charge back feature to assist with a flat start battery

✅A Victron Smart Solar 100/20 MPPT Solar Controller which allows for up to 300W of solar and also comes with Smart Bluetooth to connect to the VictronConnect App
✅The power board also included an easy access fuse box for all Mark's accessories

Completing the setup, we installed:
✅A 100W solar panel on the roof
✅A Cig accessory socket and twin USB’s in a housing on both sides of the rear seats to run all the 12V and USB gadgets
✅A 50A Grey Anderson plug in the tray to run what ever he needs to
✅The Starlink mini on the roof rack with a built in 30V power supply, which included a switch on the dash to turn it on and off and also allow it to be powered from his canopy when it is on the vehicle
✅A 50A Yellow Anderson plug for addition portable solar if required
✅A Victron IP65 charger socket on the lithium battery and start battery to plug in the Victron IP65 15A 240V plug and play battery charger we supplied.
The charger is not mounted so that is can be used on the start battery or any other battery he needs.

The Lithium Box is transferable from vehicle to vehicle, so a change in vehicle at any time doesn’t have to mean the loss of your Auxiliary Battery System. All you need is an Anderson plug installed to the vehicle.

The Lithium Box 100-50NG is designed and handmade in Western Australia and comes with a three year Parts and Labour Warranty (Conditions apply), plus a five year Victron Parts Warranty (excluding the Victron 100Ah NG Battery which has a three year Warranty).

Having previously installed a Custom 230Ah RVLSA Battery with a Victron 2000VA Inverter for a coffee machine and the necessary Victron Chargers into his Nissan Y62, Sam’s moved on to an all electric BYD Shark, so came back to us for another 12V solution to powering his accessories.

The Lithium Box (TLB) 200-40SX exceeded Ian's expectations, so with the purchase of a Toyota Land Cruiser 79 Series for a Cape York trip, he opted not to part with TLB and had us remove it from the Triton to install it in the 79S canopy.
