89's The Garage Door Specialists (Local Willetton Company) is looking for a full-time receptionist & Office administrator to join our current team.
We are looking for a bubbly, outgoing personality who will be an enthusiastic addition member to our team. A warm and welcoming friendly character that will be happy to spend time with our customers and direct their calls to the relevant department within the company.
The successful team member will have the following attributes and skills.
Must be well presented and have excellent communication skill, ensuring excellent customer service.
Being open to new people and ideas
Have excellent organisation and time management skills. Additionally, work efficiently and effectively under pressure.
Be self - motivated and have a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure clients are happy.
Previous experience in the industry or similar desirable but not essential.
Must have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office/ Excel and typing skills.
Driver Licence required
