Tile shopping! It's been awhile since I've done a Prestart for a site but it's time to get out of the ground. Going with a classic grey, white scheme with some wood to bring some warmth. The green kitkat tile will be a feature in one of the ensuites (there is 3 bathrooms in each house)

Something a bit different for a change. Some mural art going in at a commercial project. Brenton See is a local mural artist who does beautiful flora and fauna murals depicting species local to the area. Fingers crossed it will keep the graffiti artists at bay.

It feels like forever since I've been shopping for interior products. I can't wait to be at that stage again this year for upcoming projects. I do like oversized kitkat tiles. I wonder if I they will suit a project.

There’s not much development stock available in Perth but I’d encourage you not to buy the one ply housing project and instead wait for the right two or even three ply development site. Don’t let FOMO lead you into a poor decision.
