Four finishes, one cohesive bathroom.

The key to mixing multiple finishes is making sure each one adds something different without competing for attention.

Here, the terrazzo-style stone introduces natural pattern, vertical tiles add subtle texture, deeper cabinetry grounds the lighter palette, and brushed metal tapware brings warmth through the finer details.

While each finish is distinct, the muted tones running throughout connect them and keep the overall look balanced.

New project taking shape in Mardella. šŸ”

This large farmhouse-style home is well underway, and we’re already starting to see some of the features that will define the finished build.

Wide entryways, high ceilings and generous proportions give the interiors a real sense of space, while large black-framed windows and doors will bring plenty of natural light throughout. Outside, the pitched rooflines, gabled entry are beginning to establish the farmhouse character of the home.

Modern finishes will bring a contemporary edge to the more traditional farmhouse form as the build progresses.

We can’t wait to take you through each stage of this project.

A look into our Claremont project. šŸ

The architectural features of this home are becoming more defined as construction progresses.

Large-scale windows make an impact at the entrance, bringing natural light into the home, while the grand staircase creates a focal point through the centre of the space. High ceilings and generous openings add to the overall sense of scale throughout.

Outside, the weatherboard-style cladding introduces texture to the faƧade and contrasts against the brickwork below, giving us a clearer look at how the exterior will come together.

There’s still plenty to come, but the scale of this Claremont home is already so impressive.

Is green the new black? 🌿

Green tiles are becoming a popular selection across current home builds, appearing everywhere from kitchen splashbacks and bathrooms to laundries and feature walls.

Part of their appeal is versatility. Softer sage and muted olive tones can bring warmth to a neutral palette, while deeper greens create contrast without feeling as stark as black or charcoal.

Would you choose green tiles for your home?

The details that define a space.

The fixtures selected for this bathroom lean towards a more traditional aesthetic, with curved forms, detailed handles and a brushed metal finish adding character against the simple white tiles.

Replace these with sleek, minimal tapware and the same bathroom would immediately feel much more contemporary.

It’s a good example of why fixtures shouldn’t be treated as an afterthought. Tapware, handles, shower fittings and hardware may be smaller selections, but together they help define whether a space feels modern, traditional, industrial or somewhere in between.

The details matter.

Wembley progress update. šŸ”

Our Wembley project is well into the internal construction stages, with the roof cover and windows now in, internal walls plastered and ceiling linings installed. The ceiling joints and fixing points are currently being flushed and prepared to create a smooth finish ready for painting.

Outside, sections of the external walls are also progressing through the rendering stage, while the exposed brickwork shows there’s still more finishing work to come.

From here, we’ll see painting and internal fit-off begin, followed by cabinetry, tiling, fixtures and flooring as the home moves into its finishing stages.

Sophisticated, refined and thoughtfully balanced.

This Nedlands townhouse is a beautiful example of contemporary living, where quality craftsmanship and carefully considered finishes come together to create a home that feels both timeless and inviting.

From the curved walls and softly rounded benchtops to the warm, natural palette and premium finishes throughout, every detail contributes to a sense of calm and cohesion. The open-plan layout allows each space to flow effortlessly into the next, creating a home that's equally suited to everyday living and entertaining.

Floor-to-ceiling glazing blurs the line between indoors and out, filling the home with natural light while framing landscaped greenery that becomes part of the interior experience. It's a home that makes an impression from the moment you walk through the front door, where every space has been brought together with precision, quality and attention to detail.

A standout result for this completed Nedlands project. šŸ”

A busy day on site in Cockburn. šŸ‘·ā€ā™‚ļø

Slab days are one of the biggest milestones in the building process, and they're a true team effort. It takes multiple trades working together to ensure the concrete is poured, levelled and finished accurately, all within a limited timeframe while the concrete is still workable.

With the slab now complete, the next stage is setting out the walls and beginning the brickwork, where this project will really start to take shape.

A huge effort from the team on site. šŸ”

Nedlands townhouse transformation. šŸ”

From plans to construction to completion.

Looking back at the different stages shows just how much changes between the original development plans and the finished home.

What began on paper gradually took shape on site, from the structure and internal spaces through to cabinetry, flooring, fixtures and final finishes.

The completed townhouse has exceeded what we first saw in the plans, with natural light, a neutral material palette and quality finishes coming together throughout.

We're thrilled with the result and even more excited for the new owners who now get to call it home. šŸ”‘

Don’t worry, the bathroom isn’t staying green šŸ›

Waterproofing is a critical stage in wet areas such as bathrooms, ensuites and laundries, creating a protective membrane beneath the finished surfaces to help prevent moisture from penetrating into the surrounding structure.

It's usually applied across the required areas, including the shower zone and around key junctions where water exposure is expected.

Seeing waterproofing go down is also a good indication of what's coming next: the tiling stage. Once the waterproofing is complete and ready for the next stage, the selected tiles can begin going in and the finished bathroom design becomes much easier to visualise.
