Are you an organised and detail-oriented Scheduler/Estimator looking for an exciting career opportunity? We’re seeking a motivated professional with experience in accurate quantity take-offs with two (2) storey homes eager to develop their skills in project planning, cost estimation, and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sub-Contract & Construction Support: Review sub-contract quotes and assist the
Construction Team.
• Tendering & Costing: Receive, review, and contribute to tenders and quotes, preparing cost estimates for upcoming projects.
• Job Cost Control: Monitor and manage project costs to ensure efficiency and budget adherence.
• Scheduling & Procurement: Order materials and sub-contracts while maintaining
accurate project schedules.
• Variation Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for project variations.
• Supplier & Sub-Contractor Coordination: Source, investigate, and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Material Quantities: Schedule and quantify materials for estimating and ordering
purposes.

New Opportunity – Graduate Interior Designer

Are you a passionate Graduate Interior Designer looking to kick-start your career?

We’re seeking a motivated individual who is either in their final year of study, a recent graduate or has 1–2 years’ experience.

In this exciting role, you’ll be mentored by our Principal Interior Designer, Samantha Tatulli () and play a key role in supporting the Urbane Projects Design Team on a variety of projects.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Assisting in the creation of client schedules alongside the Principal Interior Designer
- Taking meeting minutes and managing client documentation
- Participating in internal training for finishes and selections
- Engaging in 3D modelling and visual presentations
- Assisting in styling for new home builds, photography, and video shoots
- Sourcing and specifying furniture, fixtures, and finishes
- Coordinating contractors for project implementation
- Providing ongoing project management support to the Principal Interior Designer
