James is your fully licensed and insured building and pest inspector with over 46 years of experience in the building industry.

He is a fully qualified Carpenter/Joiner starting his apprenticeship in 1976, giving him immense experience in the building industry from Design and Construct (Prestige Homes), to Commercial and Industrial. After serving 6 years in the Defence Force, James continued his passion by obtaining his Builder’s Licence in the year 2000. In this way James was able to service and build his clients’ dream h

omes with the insurance that they were structurally sound and stunning winning numerous HIA awards. In 2006 James acquired his “Building Inspector Certificate” through the MBA having passed the mandatory entry for the course. James' Qualifications:

Unscrupulous REAL ESTATE AGENTS
It is unlawful for a real estate agent to inform you of or impose restrictions on which Building and Pest inspector you may use for a pre-purchase inspection. The ramifications have already been identified with one real estate agency.

WA real estate are different from other states where there is a cooling-off period. Once one enters into a contract in WA and it is accepted, there is pretty well no way out of that contract unless the roof comes down as it will state: structural only.

Additionally, it is important to note that some real estate professionals mistakenly confine the definition of a Major Structural Defect solely to roofing issues; this interpretation is inaccurate.
