Happy Anniversary to us. July marks 12 years since we began importing tiles for the Perth market, and the beginning of Luxe Ceramics - Tile Merchants & Renovation Specialists.
We are incredibly grateful for how far our tile and renovation business has come, a journey marked by relentless hard work and dedication, many early mornings and even more sleepless nights. Navigating through the challenges and lessons of owning a business, we’ve poured our hearts and souls into every project, ensuring quality and satisfaction for our clients.
We have many stories to tell, especially about how we were treated by our tile industry peers in the beginning - some took us under their wing and gave us unwavering advice and guidance, helping us whenever they could and wanting us to succeed as much as they were already successful. You know who you are and we are forever grateful. Then there were those who saw us new kids as a threat, doing everything they could to spread rumours about us or sabotage our relationships with overseas suppliers. You know who you are too, and we thank you for making us even more determined to make this business work.
Luxe Ceramics growth is a testament to the countless hours of effort, the unwavering commitment of our team, tradesman and suppliers and the trust and support of our valued customers. We take immense pride in what we’ve achieved in the last twelve years and look forward to continued growth and excellence in the future. To all our customers (especially those that purchased tiles from us when we had the tiniest showroom next to a train track) thank you for being a part of this incredible journey.
Also, a thank you to our Mums and Papa’s, who have walked with us every step of the way. Who get excited about wins as much as we do and who push us to dream big because they know we are capable .
