Local Canning Vale Business is looking to hire 2 x Part time job share Office Administrators.
Our hours of operation for admin staff are Monday – Friday 830am – 5pm. We are looking for 2-part timers to split the 40 hour week across themselves, working alongside a 3rd part time office manager. The hours can be negotiated between the 2 applicants to fulfil this role. We do require flexibility to cover extra hours possibly full time hours to cover leave and sickness. Would possibly consider 1 full time position for the right applicant.
Job Summary:
Answering calls & emails
Job Bookings & Managing our teams scheduling
MYOB invoicing and stock entering
General Admin
Social Media Advertising
Qualifications:
Prior Customer Service & Admin experience preferred
Accounting software experience MYOB preferred. Willing to train for the right applicant
Ability to work alone & as a part of a team
Able to work under pressure & organised
Good Communication skills to deal with staff & members of the public
