Narrow lots can indeed present challenges when it comes to designing a home that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Dark passages and a lack of natural light can make a home feel cramped and uninviting.

By incorporating the central courtyard in The Lake Como, not only were we able to avoid a dark passage but the entrance is now a bright and inviting space that is both functional and visually appealing.
