This is a process rooted in Beaumonde’s story. When Elio founded the business in 1986, he believed outstanding homes began with outstanding design. Forty years on, that belief continues to guide us.

Every line considers how a home will be lived in: where the light falls, how rooms connect and how the design responds to its block. Behind it is a collaboration between Yaros, our sales and construction teams, and Elio’s ongoing guidance.

A home designed for the way life unfolds.

Set across three impressive levels, this Swanbourne residence was created with family at its heart, generous spaces to come together, quiet places to retreat, and a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living.

Completed by Beaumonde Homes two years ago, we recently had the opportunity to return and capture the residence in its beautifully established surroundings.

Time has added another layer to the home. The landscaping has flourished around the architecture, the interiors have become truly lived in, and each space now tells the story it was originally designed for.

Strong architectural lines, raw concrete, warm timber and expansive glazing create a striking exterior, while inside natural light and considered materials bring warmth to the home’s impressive scale.

From long lunches around the table and evenings spent by the pool to everyday moments in the kitchen and quieter spaces upstairs, this is a home designed not simply to impress - but to be lived in.

And perhaps that’s the most rewarding part of returning to a Beaumonde home years after completion: seeing the architecture become part of a family’s story.

Inspired by Scandinavian simplicity, this custom home was created to feel calm, warm and connected to nature. Natural light pours through the expansive windows, while rich timber flooring and the striking copper-toned fireplace bring warmth and character to the interiors.

Every space has a purpose from the private studio and dedicated work areas to the wellness room above the garage.

Two master suites were thoughtfully positioned for seasonal living: a cool ground-floor retreat for summer and a warm upstairs sanctuary for winter.

Outside, layered greenery, garden pathways and planting woven through the paving soften the architecture and bring nature closer to the home.

What began with our clients’ own sketches became a deeply personal home. Beautiful, functional and designed to support their lives for many years to come.
