These brand new homes turned out great for Perenjori as we work together with the Department of Community to ease much needed housing shortages in regional areas!

Exciting news for the Shire of Perenjori! 👏🏡 Two new independent living dwellings for seniors have been complete. Perenjori is a town in WA’s northern agricultural region, that was extensively impacted by Cyclone Seroja in 2021.

The shire received $878,702 funding for the new seniors’ homes, built by Modular WA in their Perth yard and transported to Perenjori. The Shire of Perenjori was one of 16 community housing providers funded to build new housing following the community housing grants program announcement in 2021.

The $153 million Community Housing Grants Program is a significant investment providing more homes to the most vulnerable members of our community.

See one of our homes come to life. We've been working with Mineral Resources to build 10 x brand new homes to expand housing options for permanent staff in the thriving coastal town of Onslow, Western Australia.

With these new homes we partner with local trades and contractors to complete on-site works, giving back to regional businesses, before new families get the chance to move in and become a part of the community!

We continue to deliver award-winning homes, having been recently recognised for our outstanding work in East Bunbury.

Modular WA were awarded Best Alternative Construction category at the South West Master Builders Commonwealth Bank: Building Excellence Awards.

The winning home was contracted under the State Government’s Modular Social Housing Program and we've already successfully delivered many homes across the state for it!

Did you know we've been building two storey modular homes in Exmouth recently?? Yes it's possible! While this construction method depends heavily on local crane availability, site access, budget, and a range of other factors, it is definitely an achievable and impressive feat of modular engineering.

We couldn't be more proud of how these homes have turned out, along with the other successful recent projects in the Exmouth area!

By modifying existing kitchen layouts, in many cases it is possible to create a pantry extension and convert it to include a sink and place for all your desktop appliances (finally… room for the air fryer – or thermomix!).
