After weeks of work off-site, your home hits the road; built, finished, and ready for its block.

The first module arrives. The second is lowered into place, and third or fourth depending how big your home is!

Then comes the join-up, where individual modules transform into one complete home.

Fast, but without compromising quality. Every move is planned, and every module is built to stay put for the long haul.

Delivery day is where the plans you've been staring at finally come alive. It's where the home you've been picturing arrives where it belongs

How this benchtop elevates the overall kitchen design?

Let's be honest… the kitchen bench gets used for everything!

Meal prep, coffee breaks, serving dinner, catching up with friends and probably the occasional spot for the things that don't quite have a home yet.

This generous island provides plenty of room to spread out, whilst its soft stone-look finish complements the warm timber cabinetry to create a clean, modern and welcoming kitchen.

Its proportions anchor the open-plan space, adding structure whilst maintaining a light, spacious feel.

Before your home ever touches your block, it's already proven itself.

Every Modular WA build travels from our facility to your site on fully engineered steel frames — built to take the stress of that journey without losing an ounce of structural integrity.

What lands on your block is exactly what left our facility: solid, straight, and ready to stand for decades.

A better way to build starts from the ground up.

Our homes sit on a fully engineered, pre-stressed concrete slab which is delivered with your home, not poured and waited on. It's what makes a Modular WA home feel solid under foot.

Built faster, and built to last: our modular concrete slabs provide a permanent, stable base designed to stand the test of time, right across regional and remote WA.

Every new build needs a soil report - that’s a part of the building permit process - but your test results can affect your earthworks and foundation design.

Soils that are determined to be “reactive” have a higher probability of moving and shifting over time underneath your house, which means we may need to make extra accommodations when it comes to your site preparation.

✨ Class A or S - Typically a straightforward install, with standard modular footings which we supply with the building.

✨ Class M + above - Will require additional in-ground concrete pile or strip footings installed prior to the building arriving on site.

Each new build is subject to a soil report & engineer’s certification, which informs how your siteworks will need to be carried out. It all results in a home that is built on solid foundations, and built to last.
