Painting your walls with two different colours is a great way to give the illusion of higher or lower ceilings. To add height to a room, a darker shade on the bottom half of the wall will draw the eye up.
With high walls, switch it up and go top heavy and bold by putting the lighter colour below the darker colour paint. This will create a cosier feeling.
