THE DUNES | SCARBOROUGH 🌊

A major beachfront residence taking shape in one of Scarborough’s most iconic locations.

Our team has been involved from day one, commencing works in January 2024 and delivering the critical groundwork required to set the project up for success.

Our scope has included:
• Demolition of the existing carpark
• Construction of piling mats
• Bulk earthworks, including the removal of 70,000m³ of material from site
• Cropping of piles
• Detailed excavation in preparation for pile caps

From the first stage of demolition to the detailed excavation works, we’re proud to play a part in bringing The Dunes to life.

Another major project taking shape in Fremantle’s East End.

GMF is delivering key civil works for Muse, a new residence and arts precinct by Edge, with a scope spanning vegetation clearing, multi-tiered piling mats, bulk earthworks across sand and limestone rock, and the removal of 45,000m³ of material.

The works also include pile cropping and detailed excavation to prepare the site for pile caps — setting the foundations for what will become a distinctive addition to Fremantle’s East End.

Enabling works underway at Peel Health Campus 🏗️

Devlyn is progressing enabling works ahead of the new hospital build at Peel Health Campus - a major step forward for healthcare infrastructure in the region.

The scope includes:
-Clearing site vegetation and existing carparks
-Bulk earthworks, including the formation of swales
-Construction of new carpark areas
-Formation of approximately 16,000m² of piling mat, screening and reusing 20,000m³ of site material
-Installation of approximately 20,000m² of hardstand

Great to see this critical groundwork progressing, setting the foundations for a new chapter in health services for the Peel community.

GMF Civil continues to build momentum in Two Rocks, with Stage 13 nearing completion and Stage 14 already off to a strong start.

Earthworks, sewer, and stormwater drainage works are nearing completion, with common trench works commencing last week as progress continues across the site.

With key services advancing and construction moving efficiently across both stages, the project is shaping up well and setting the foundation for the next phase of development🙌
