Another important milestone is taking shape at Luxcom’s 30A–B Lanyon project. 🏗️

Our team is currently completing the concrete foundation, carefully working through each detail to create a strong, level and reliable base for the homes above. This stage plays an essential role in the overall construction process, providing the stability and accuracy needed for everything that follows.
With the foundation nearing completion, the project will soon move into its next exciting phase, the installation of the light-gauge steel frame. Once the wall and roof framing begins, the form and layout of both homes will become increasingly visible on site.

We look forward to sharing the steel-framing progress soon. Stay tuned as Luxcom continues bringing 30A–B Lanyon to life.
