Meet The Team | Zoe Gardiner

Zoe has been a dedicated member of Affinity Windows Purchasing team for five years, thriving on the dynamic nature of her role, which offers a variety of tasks and continuous learning opportunities.

She values the camaraderie within the purchasing department, where teamwork and mutual support are paramount.

Outside of work, Zoe enjoys spending quality time with her young children, going camping, and soaking up the sun ⛺️☀️

A fun fact about Zoe is that she is a twin, and both she and her twin have previously worked for the BGC Housing Group, adding a unique twist to her professional journey.

Meet The Team | Hans Yang

In his 11 months at Affinity, Hans has proven to be a versatile and proactive team member. As a factory operator in the frame department, specializing in crafting raked windows, he has not only mastered his role but has also begun contributing to manufacturing improvements by designing tools and equipment 🛠

Hans thrives on interaction, relishing the opportunity to meet with colleagues and brainstorm solutions to enhance the workplace daily. His passion for design and commitment to continuous improvement are evident in his enthusiasm for implementing Kaizen principles, aiming to make each day better for his colleagues and himself ✅

Outside of work, he finds solace in the great outdoors, spending weekends crabbing and hunting abalone with friends 🎣
Interestingly, Hans has recently embarked on a culinary adventure, overcoming his previous aversion to spicy food through "training" sessions with his housemates, particularly enjoying extra spicy Chinese cuisine.

Since joining Affinity Windows in October 2022, Alan has been an integral part of the team as the Technical & Product Development Manager. His passion for problem solving and collaboration with all departments to ensure every job is executed flawlessly.

Outside of the work, Alan finds joy is exploring the world, particularly the wine regions, eating and enjoys meals from restaurants from around the world. Alan is also a sports enthusiast; he shares a deep love from Football (Real Football) and cricket ⚽️🍷

A fun fact about Alan is his eclectic taste in music. He’s known for his incredible knowledge on all things music and enjoys attending music festival and concerts 🙌

In 2020, Hans completed his Master’s degree in Engineering at the National Taiwan University. Our team is looking forward to working with Hans.
We are happy to support Hans in developing his skills further. Hans will play a critical role in the implementation of a number of maintenance improvement initiatives within Affinity Windows.
