FEATURE PROJECT | Crown Towers – Epicurean

Lazco was engaged to replace an outdated display unit at the iconic Epicurean buffet, designing and manufacturing a bespoke meat ageing fridge tailored to fit the existing enclave—down to the millimetre. Every detail was crafted to meet Crown’s premium design standards.

Installed after hours in collaboration with Western Aire, our team ensured the unit was in place and ready to be commissioned by Western Aire—fully operational before guests arrived for their 6:30am service.

CASE STUDY IN PROGRESS | CO₂ Chillers for Mizco

When Mizco needed a local partner who could handle tight timeframes, complex engineering requirements, and uncompromising HSE and quality standards—Lazco delivered.

From initial concept through to nearing completion, we’ve designed, engineered, and are now manufacturing a fully customised CO₂ refrigeration system. Built on an all 316 stainless steel frame, our solution is tailored to meet both performance and compliance.

Working in close collaboration with Mizco’s electrical team, our in-house design and fabrication capabilities have ensured seamless progress—on time, on spec, and without compromise.

Zera Projects, in collaboration with Lazco, delivered a standout commercial kitchen tailored for the demands of high-performance hospitality environments.

At the core of this project is a custom-designed 4.5m rangehood spanning the entire cooking line—engineered in-house to comply with AS1668.1 & AS1668.2 standards. From layout to installation, every detail was handled by our skilled fabrication team.

Project Completion: We were proud to be involved in the fit-out of ROAR Active new recovery center in Canning Vale. This innovative facility includes a sauna, ice bath, and state of the art "snow room," designed to enhance the recovery experience for fitness enthusiasts. Lazco was privileged to collaborate closely with Roar Active and their exceptional team, bringing our expertise in custom fabrication and attention to detail to every aspect of this project. It’s been a rewarding journey to see this cutting-edge center come to life, setting a new standard in recovery facilities.
