Nice little patio enclosure completed recently.

2 story strata complex in Churchlands that was built in 1987 required the majority of the windows to have the rubber seals replaced due to wear and tear over the years. Roughly 500m of old rubber was removed and replaced with the replacement of 12 windows also required.

A job completed in Wembley Downs last week which included removal of old windows and replaced with new windows & screens.

Just a quick update, I have been a bit quiet on social media lately while working on a few projects of my own like setting up a factory and helping out a couple bigger companies with their bigger projects.

Out with the old, in with the new.

The old mirror was looking abit worse for wear so we decided to remove it and install a new one which we made to full height making the bathroom look alot bigger.
