We regret to inform our loyal friends and customers that Ed the Fridgeman has been affected by a fire at our premises. Everyone is ok however we are devestated at this time. We will be running services only until we know more over the coming weeks.

We are an established trade services company seeking a Customer Service/ Administration Assistant to join our dedicated team.

Your new company position services the Perth Region, this well-established trade services company is seeking an experienced Customer Service/ Administration Assistant to ensure the smooth running of the office and workflows.

To be successful in this position you must be able to demonstrate relevant experience in a customer service/administration role, tasks include answering phones, customer service, and the ability to coordinate bookings for mobile technicians.
Experience with ServiceM8 online booking software or a similar computer booking system will be highly regarded.
In addition to the above, you will be required to undertake a variety of administrative tasks and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

In your new role, reporting to the Business Managers, your main responsibilities will include:

Perform, assign and oversee administration duties for a team of 10:
Managing work schedules and job bookings and retail sales

Organise quotes, work orders, and client reports
Oversee Accounts Receivable and outstanding debts
Make calls to customers regarding outstanding payments
Liaise with customers regarding account queries and late payments
Escalating any customer account issues and complaints
Training new staff on office and customer service procedures
Answering incoming calls and follow up on queries to book jobs
Review procedures and systems to streamline and improve control

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in a service-related business and dealing with trade-based work would be an advantage
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Solid knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes
A real interest in team management and development
Rostering and job scheduling experience
Strong systems skills for managing bookings, reporting, and rostering
Able to organise work schedules and administration tasks across the broader team
