Another BIG job finished (*almost) ✔️ A KITCHEN RENO! Take a scroll through these pics 📷
The brief was an open space with natural light & a big breakfast bar with plenty of storage, whilst holding some of the original heritage of the home. NAILED IT WE’D SAY 💯

Shoutout to for all the cabinetry, City Glass Solutions for the glass Splashback (no grout to clean 🧼), Norlec & Grounds Collect Electrical for all the electrical work (Down lights, Bluetooth speakers in the ceiling, power points etc) & Ben Palmer for the Plumbing. What a team 👌🏼

STORE ROOM TRANSFORMATIONS! 😊
& what a transformation this one is! We’ve replaced old roof sheets with a new trimdek colourbond & added new gutters, downpipes & flashing.
We’ve then framed out the existing store room and cladded with weatherboard. It’s ready to be painted! Talk about a happy client! 🔨

We managed to squeeze in a small floating shelve install in between some BIG jobs this weekend!

2 floating shelves installed with wall brackets. Timber cut to clients request!

NEW DOOR 🚪

recently completed a doorway project! Nate has built a new timber stud wall to allow for a metal door jam. The stud work has been gyprocked, flushed and new cornice married in to existing cornice.
And finally finishing with the installation of a new 720mm door hung with hardware ✅

NEW PATIO 🔨

A recent project by - we transformed a small skillion patio into a double gable patio, giving height & maximising the area.

This patio has matching roof & gutters: both Colorbond Surfmist ☀️

Thanks for installing the gutters: both the main gutter & box gutters (and for throwing on the nail bag - you make a great TA 😜 ).

NEW WINDOW FRAMES 🪟

Out with the old & in with the new!
Here’s a little job we’ve recently completed & it’s made a huge difference to this house.. Removing all the old bronze window frames & replacing them with a white aluminium frame and white angle trim to suit. 🪟

Nate Gray Construction worked along side City Glass Solutions who has reglazed all the windows perfectly!

PATIO EXTENSION!

That’s a BIG patio! This patio measured at 15.3m Long & 4.5m Wide, with a wrap around skillion roof 😮

A big backyard renovation is underway at this property & we were called in to build a patio!
A 4 day project, and we have you a large, timber double gable patio, sheeted with Iron Stone colorbond. The gutters featured are also Iron Stone & downpipes are Surf Mist.

This patio will soon enough overlook a stunning pool area & we know the owners & will make many happy memories here 🍺 ☀️ 🏊🏼‍♀️

From no storage / robes, to a custom designed built in robe ⭐️

The brief was:
*️⃣Plenty of storage
*️⃣Draw space
*️⃣A mirror

And the outcome ➡️

⏺️2500mm H x 1800 mm W : BIG!
⏺️5 drawers either side, with hanging between & additional shelving.
⏺️ 2 sliding doors with 1 being a full length mirror.
