20+ lineal meters of structural walls down on this project.
We completely stripped back and re-engineered the frame on this project, getting rid of a series of tight, enclosed rooms to tie the kitchen, main living area, and outdoor pool deck together in one wide-open span.
The Structural Work:
20+ Lineal Meters Removed: Demoed central load-bearing walls to clear out the floor plan and widen the entire main footprint.
Flush Ceiling Beams: Installed heavy steel hidden inside the ceiling cavity to keep overhead lines completely flat and uninterrupted.
Widened Lintel Openings: Pushed out the exterior structural load points to fit wide glass sliding stackers, opening the inside straight to the pool.
Spatial Reconfiguration: Opened up a dedicated structural framing run for a new butler’s pantry without compromising the main living space.
Whether you’re looking at a multi-beam load re-engineering project like this one or just knocking out a single non-structural divider, no job is too big or small for our crew.
