Taking this Claremont home to the next level. 🏗️

Another exciting milestone reached on our second-storey addition project, with the upper-floor slab now poured and underfloor heating incorporated into the build.

Adding a second storey to an existing home requires careful planning, coordination and attention to detail, particularly when integrating new services and modern comforts into the existing structure.

It’s great to see this transformation taking shape as we create additional space without compromising the home or location our clients already love.

PERTH MARKET UPDATE | AUGUST 2026

Perth’s property market may be shifting gears, but the fundamentals remain strong and demand for quality housing continues.

Latest data from shows Perth’s median house sale price reached $960,000 for the 12 months ending August, while the median land price sits at $458,000.

After several years of rapid growth, buyers are also starting to see a little more choice. By the end of August, there were 7,312 properties listed for sale across Perth, up significantly compared with the same time last year.

For anyone considering building, the changing market could bring new opportunities. With more choice and less pressure to make rushed decisions, now is a great time to explore your options, secure the right location and start planning a home designed around the way you want to live.

🏗️ Another milestone reached at Oakford!

Following the completion of earthworks and underground services, the slab is now being poured for the new Oakford Volunteer Fire Station.

It’s exciting to see the project taking shape, with the foundations now being laid for a purpose-built facility that will support the dedicated volunteers who work tirelessly to protect the Oakford community. 🚒🔥

We’re proud to be delivering this important community project for the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale and look forward to sharing more progress as construction continues.

On Friday our team attended the HIA WA Economic Outlook and heard from HIA Chief Economist, Tim Reardon, on the economic outlook and key influences shaping the future of housing across Western Australia and Australia. 🏗️📈

With housing demand remaining strong and our industry continuing to navigate challenges around affordability, infrastructure, construction costs, skilled labour and housing supply, it was valuable to hear the latest insights and forecasts firsthand.

A thought-provoking event and a great chance to connect with others across the WA building industry — and, of course, grab a team photo with Tim!
