I had a customer reach out to me today explaining they were tired of having so many different keys for their house,
on arrival I discovered they had 18 locks with 13 different keys and trying to find the correct key was becoming a real headache.
Together with the customer I was able to come up with a plan to get the whole house including garage and gates all on one key.
They are now saving time and avoiding the stress of fumbling through a big set of keys everytime they get home.

Changing all locks at a customer's house today, they expressed concern about emergency services being able to enter in the event of an emergency (client has health issues). I suggested installing a key safe by the front door. This way, whoever calls 000 can relay the code and emergency services can get in quickly when the door can't be answered.
It gave them peace of mind and me the satisfaction of a job well done.
