An entry that leads you straight to the heart of the home.

Thoughtful sightlines connect the entrance with the kitchen and living spaces beyond, creating a natural sense of flow from the moment you walk through the door.

A kitchen island can be so much more than a benchtop.

In a custom home, it becomes an opportunity to create something architectural in its own right. Considering everything from proportion and form to edge detailing, stone movement and the way the material interacts with the surrounding cabinetry.

We work closely with trusted suppliers such as Stone Ambassador Australia to explore surfaces that allow these details to become part of the design.

Their newly introduced Kaya Surfaces collection is a beautiful example, offering the depth and movement of natural stone through a new generation of decorative surfaces.

From the warmth and subtle movement of Sienna to the more expressive veining of Como, the right surface can transform an island from a functional element into a defining feature of the home.

Sul Mare Residence | North Beach

One of our most anticipated custom builds, this coastal residence has been a significant undertaking for the Fratelli team, with every element considered around its location, architecture and the way the home will ultimately be lived in (not to mention the endless design inspiration gathered from the owners' travels).

There’s still more to come before we can reveal the finished home, but for now, a look back at the vision behind what’s taking shape.

Designed for the seasons. Designed for living.

Longer days, warmer weather and more time spent outdoors, spring is when thoughtful home design really comes into its own.

Natural light filling the living spaces. Doors opened wide to create an effortless connection between inside and out. Alfresco areas designed as an extension of the home. Pools and gardens becoming part of the everyday outlook.

These aren’t simply considerations for one season. They’re design decisions made from the beginning, creating a home that responds beautifully to the way you live, all year round.

Darling Downs | Master Ensuite

Warm timber cabinetry, stone tiling and crisp white finishes create a beautifully balanced palette in the master ensuite of this Darling Downs build.

Herringbone feature tiles bring texture to the vanity wall, complemented by an arched mirror, round vessel basin and matte black tapware for a subtle contemporary contrast.

Natural light through the plantation shutters completes the soft, understated feel.

Same purpose, completely different impact.

Timber, glass, stone or concrete... the material and detailing of a staircase can set the tone for the spaces around it.

For our Sul Mare build in North Beach, the inspiration extends beyond individual finishes or architectural details. It's about creating a home that feels effortless, where texture, natural light and a restrained material palette work together to evoke a sense of calm.

These references continue to guide the direction of the home as every decision is made with intention. A timeless Mediterranean influence, thoughtfully adapted for life on the Western Australian coast.

We can't wait for the 2027 completion.
