It all started with a visit to some display homes in their area, where Tim & Romy met Martin and instantly felt listened to and looked after. Fast forward to now, and we're celebrating their slab! 🥳🏡

It was such a great afternoon with this beautiful family. Thank you for letting us come along and celebrate with you, Tim & Romy, and a big shout out to Martin for helping them get to this exciting stage.

We can't wait to watch your new home come to life!

There's a lot that makes Jindee a little different. 👀

From the way the streets and homes are designed to its coastal location and focus on community, it's an estate worth getting to know.

Our Jindee specialists, Justin & Darren, know the area (and building within it) pretty well, so we got them to show us around.

Come take a look around Jindee with us and, if you want to get in touch, flick us a DM!

We asked Britt and Taz some hard hitting ‘Design Hot Takes’ questions… because apparently building and renovating together wasn’t enough of a test. 😂😍

We're very proud to share that The Solara is officially an award-winning display home!

On Friday night, New Choice Homes attended the 2026 Master Builders WA Building Excellence Awards as finalists across four categories, taking home the award for Best Display Home $400,000 - $500,000 for The Solara in Madora Bay.

It's an incredible recognition for a home we're very proud of, but even more so for all the people who played a part in bringing it to life.

From designing to planning, construction, selections, styling, our trades and suppliers, there are so many hands behind a project like The Solara, and we're very lucky to have such a great team behind ours.

Congratulations to everyone involved in The Solara! 🥂

The Solara is located at 31 Maspalomas Dr, Madora Bay open Wednesday 2pm-5pm & Saturday & Sunday 12pm-5pm.

Our 12.5m collection has a wide range of options to suit your lot, without having to make any sacrifices. You'll find more of these on our website 🥳
