Recently completed Showroom, Office and Warehouse Development located at 223 Mars Street Welshpool for Johns Building Supplies.
Site Area : 1,603 sqm
Building Area : 1,342 sqm
Services included:
- Initial consultation with the client (John Building Supplies)
- Production of Schematic Design and 3D Renders,
- Council Development Approval.
- Architectural Working Drawings including sourcing and managing Building Consultants.
- Issuing and managing documentation, specifications and reports for Builders Tendering purposes.
- Liaising with Builder during the build process.
This design has maximized the physical area available to service the client’s needs while allowing the flexibility to accommodate any future changes.
