Our latest alteration and addition project is officially underway.

The project presented a challenging site constraint with an existing established tree located in the middle of the site. The design response was to wrap the extension around the tree incorporating it into the home to create a true indoor/ outdoor experience as the tree can be viewed from various places within the house.

Custom design is client, site, and budget specific. This aerial shot of the slab at our Arney Place project is a great example of the possibilities that come from a custom design - a truly unique solution tailored to the clients lifestyle requirements, the site conditions and topography, and the clients budget. We are pretty excited with the end result and can’t wait to share more about this unique home with you over the coming weeks.

Early concept sketches and mood-board for our latest custom home project in North Coogee.

Our Clients approached us with a desire for a custom home that is low maintenance, architecturally interesting, suited to a beach and entertainers lifestyle, and with the ability to lock and leave for those extended holiday trips.

The site is a narrow 6 meters wide and takes in views of the ocean. We are really excited to continue developing this concept with our Clients - stay posted!

Our custom home project is currently in Planning.

The house centres around a northern courtyard. Providing natural light into both the sleeping and living quarters.

The orientation of the courtyard allows our clients to enjoy the indoor and outdoor spaces and the many views to the garden as they change throughout the day with the sunlight.
