🏡 Small Space, Big Transformation! 🧱✨

Another side access paving project completed by Paveworks WA! 💪

The goal was simple: transform an unused side area into a clean, practical, and low-maintenance space.

But this project came with a challenge! 👷‍♂️

⚠️ The Challenge:
The front of the property was higher than the rear, creating drainage challenges that needed to be addressed before paving could begin.

🔧 Our Solution:
✅ Installed a soakwell at the front of the property to manage stormwater.
✅ Installed and connected downpipes to improve drainage.
✅ Prepared and levelled the ground for paving.
✅ Laid new paving to create a neat, functional, and low-maintenance side access.

💚 The Result:
A tidy, durable, and low-maintenance outdoor space, with drainage improvements designed to manage stormwater effectively.

For this project, we lifted and relaid the existing pavers, restoring the surface to a cleaner, level and more professional finish — without the need to replace the paving.

We’ve kicked off this driveway project with a full rip-out — removing the existing driveway, clearing garden areas and taking out trees to make way for the new layout.

Next up 👉 base preparation to get everything solid, level and ready for paving.
