" Dear Sir / Madam

I would like to provide some feedback on our wonderful experience as first time customers of Garage Door Restore.

Yesterday (15/11/21) our section door stopped working, the motor was making horrid noises, the door was bouncing up & down like a yo-yo then the motor just froze & left the door half up/half down frozen !!! – I was in a state of panic ! It’s a security issue too leaving it in manual mode as anyone could just pull the door up whilst Im asleep at night or whilst Im gone out & the house is unattended. So Hubby started Google-ing places to help fix the broken motor. He had a list ready to go so we could shop around for prices etc.

The first place he called was you guys Garage Door Restore, but the phone line was engaged, and before my hubby could even move onto making the call to the next place on his google list your lovely Amanda called him right back when she saw she had a missed call. We were so impressed by her prompt, speedy & efficient call back and then equally happy that she was so very helpful & informative about helping us with our dilemma. Amanda was very enthusiastic and had a great people skills. On this basis, we didn’t need to make any more calls, we found the company to help us. Its not always about getting the cheapest price, sometimes its about the great service you’re getting. Amanda was able to book as in the very next day (being today 16/11/21) to have a Technician come out and replace the motor etc. Now that’s fast ! I liked getting the courtesy text saying that the Technician is on his way. Your Technician Rasi installed the new motor today, he went through with me how to pull the lever & he was patient too as I needed it explained twice so I fully understood how to place it in manual instead of motorised in the event of a power failure. He was also patient as I was testing all 3 remotes and he was happy to answer my questions without any hesitation. He was very patient, helpful and very polite. I feel he went the extra mile too when he placed a few extra screws in the panel so it wouldn’t rattle/clunck as much when the door was going up & down. Needless to say this motor itself is sooooo much more quite and runs smoothly. Im glad the motor comes with a 7 year warranty – peace of mind.

I just wanted to provide some positive feedback on Amanda & Rasi because from the Reception (the first point of contact) to your Installer Rasi, the whole experience has been a great one. Im not accustomed to always getting exceptional service so when I do, I like to take the time to let the Manager know because I think this great level of customer service should be acknowledged & recognised J I think Amanda & Rasi are assets to your company & have been a real pleasure to deal with J They’re both very fast & hard workers from what Ive experienced & their high level of customer service skills has surpassed my expectations. Im very happy with Garage Door Restore & the super fast staff for fixing my door in less than 24 hours !
