This is one of those builds I’m particularly proud of.
These clients are also very good friends of mine. When we first started talking about property investment, they had never heard of dual occupancy.
I introduced them to the strategy and explained the potential of creating two separate residences and two rental income streams from one property.
Fast forward to today:

What I love about this result is that it’s no longer a plan on paper.
