Sagged hip due to previous poor workmanship (they half lapped the hip rafter the from the edge of the wall to give the overhang which seemed f**ked to me 😂.
I Stripped part of the roof and joined into the hip and re pitched the jack rafters, re newer the roof battens and installed a new timber facia. All tiles and hip tiles re mudded/ pointed them onto the next one.
