•LIVING ROOM•
The last of the Reno’s for now due to a certain little one making an appearance shortly but majority of the inside is now done and we’re over the moon with the transformations so far.
All works done by us as per.

Over the moon with our kitchen Reno. Massive changes have happened since we’ve started this project.
Again full rip out and all works done by us (minus electrical/plumbing)

Update on our nursery we completed a few months back.
Full rip out and complete for off by us
Not long now until the arrival.

First attempt at the old sand/seal. Luckily it’s our place so no complaints from anyone 😂 another room nearly ready.

600 x 300 floor tiles installed with misty grey grout throughout for my job in st.James, wa.

Just got this one wrapped up for in . Tricky one on my own especially painting the turned posts and all the high stuff off a ladder.
All front facade, all eves/facias, 7 windows, verandah concrete slab prep/painted by and a new timber picket fence installed and painted also by

Sagged hip due to previous poor workmanship (they half lapped the hip rafter the from the edge of the wall to give the overhang which seemed f**ked to me 😂.
I Stripped part of the roof and joined into the hip and re pitched the jack rafters, re newer the roof battens and installed a new timber facia. All tiles and hip tiles re mudded/ pointed them onto the next one.

140mm hybrid install for 4 bedrooms, finished off with 92mm half splay to match the rest of the house that was completed on a previous project for my good customer in banksia grove.

Existing linen/press cupboards walls ripped out to open up this beautiful house in to make it more open plan. Terrazzo tiles removed and replaced to match existing kitchen clay look floor tiles, plasterboard/cornice/timber trim patch ins and all painting done by me for one of nikis jobs

That’s me done….for now on the Doubleview bathroom Reno for Matt and flick.
Went in to this as a shell (Matt did the demo)
All first fix and second fix carpentry, all wall and floor coverings and new window and brickwork/lintel complete by myself.
Enjoyed this especially as these guys have given me loads of work lately, great guys. Much appreciated

Bluestone pool cappings installed for , curved stone cut and polished by hand by myself. Buzzing with the outcome prior to grouting and to top it off the job is for former Pompey player Hayden foxe

Another full tile head to toe. Floor was tricky as first attempt laying hexagon format but turned out well. Marble affect walls match perfectly.
