If you’ve been following us, this is one of those milestones we love sharing because this is where everything starts to feel real.

Today it’s an empty block of land. Soon, there’ll be a slab… then walls… then a roof… and eventually, a family opening the front door to their own home. 🥹🏡

What a milestone for you both! First big step officially done. 🙌

I still remember when you first enquired with me around 6–7 years ago. At the time, things just weren’t quite right, and sometimes that’s how life works, the opportunity is there, but the timing isn’t.

Fast-forward to the second time around, and you guys made it happen. ❤️

We secured this block last year in a location that works so well for you guys, close to the city, close to the airport and convenient for work. Even better, similar-sized blocks in the area are already around $50,000–$60,000 more than what we secured yours for. Looking back, the timing worked out beautifully.

You guys have worked incredibly hard to get to this point, and this milestone is well deserved.

Finally, guys, your new home is officially yours! What a special milestone for the whole family.

And the timing couldn’t be more perfect, new baby, new home, and a brand-new chapter together. 👶🏡

One of the best parts is knowing your eldest now has their own new room, while your little bub gets to grow up in a home filled with so many memories still waiting to be made.

From family dinners in the kitchen, birthdays, Christmas mornings, little footsteps running through the hallway, sleepless nights with the newborn 😂, and all the simple everyday moments in between — this is more than just a new house. This is where your family’s next chapter begins.

🏡 First Milestone for Betina — LAND SETTLED! 🔑✨

Congratulations, Betina! What a journey already. 🙌

We secured this block late last year, settled the land mid-year (the current land price is now 90k more than when we secured it ), and now we’re getting all the paperwork ready to move towards the building permit stage. One big milestone down, and onto the next! 🏗️🏡

A big thank you as well to the Locsin family for referring Betina to me. Your trust and recommendation mean a lot, and I’m grateful to be part of another family’s home-building journey.

One of our interstate investor officially completed their house last week. 🙌

This 4x2 home with a dedicated home theatre was secured for our interstate investor at around $640,000.

A few numbers we’re really happy with:
• Around 6% rental yield (current tenant paying $750/week)
• Strong depreciation benefits from a brand-new build
• Good-sized 4x2 floorplan + theatre
• Current conservative estimated valuation around $750K–$800K

That’s potentially around $100K–$150K in equity uplift from the original purchase price, while also providing a strong rental return.

Next up is the interior fit-out, where the house will really start coming to life with cabinetry, plastering, flooring, and all the finishing touches.
