We have a strong pipeline of work across Perth and regional WA, delivering civil construction, landscaping and external works across residential, commercial, government, mining and infrastructure projects.
🔨 Positions Available
Formwork Carpenters (Chippies)
Experienced formwork carpenters required for a range of civil and concrete projects.
Grano / Concrete Finishers
Strong experience in concrete finishing is essential, including screeding, edging, trowelling, exposed aggregate and general concrete works.
Limestone Retaining Wall Supervisors & Layers
Experience in limestone retaining wall construction is essential. Supervisors must be able to read plans, accurately set out works and confidently manage crews on site.
Rock Pitching Labourers
Hard-working and reliable labourers required for rock pitching projects across Perth and regional WA. This is physical work and may involve long days. Training will be provided to the right candidates.

Brick Paving Supervisors
Experienced supervisors required to lead paving crews, interpret plans, manage set-out and ensure works meet McMahons Civil & Contracting’s quality standards.
Landscape Supervisors
Experienced landscaping supervisors required with strong crew leadership skills and knowledge of plants, planting methods, irrigation and landscape construction.
