Renovation completed.

Both husband and wife worked from home with their own businesses , but they only had one office.. why not create another ?

So that’s what they did….

New office to work out of, plus have clients come for appointments completed.
New powder room between the office & main house entry/main living for personal or client use.

Arco energy installed personalised lighting that can be configured as needed.
Bathroom lighting that can be switched from either the office or the main house.
An LED sensor mirror with wall lighting, exhaust fan and bathroom power were installed, along with new ceiling lights & dimming for all installed.

While we were at it , we assisted in bringing the main living tv & cabinetry wall to life.
Hidden Power within cabinetry and behind the tv.
To top it all off , dimmable led strip within the cabinetry shelving and overhead open tv cabinetry.

All of this happened over 4-5 weeks. From power isolation & demo to completion.

Arco energy has been hard at work over the last couple months .

One of the renovations we’ve been apart of is coming to a close and the hard work is starting to show.

Inside and out this house was completely refreshed , the owner had a vision and it came to life.

All electrical was carried out by arco energy.

- front & rear house lighting upgrade
- 27 garden lighting system installed
- outdoor kitchenette installation
- bbq / bar installation
- heat lamps
- outdoor bathroom upgrade
- tv wall installation
- fireplace display with feature led lighting
- master bathroom heated tower rails

plus a lot of small details that really set the renovation above others

The main part of the renovation was the outdoor entertaining area . Which as photos attempt to show , it really shines.

Another zappi ev unit installed and another happy customer taking full advantage of the solar incentive to install these units.

7kw 5m tethered Zappi 2.1 unit. Installed, commissioned and tested on site by the Arco energy BYD shark 6.
