An organisational restructure to enhance efficiencies and adapting to project demands has paved the way for the creation of 2 roles at Toro Engineering.

Cherie Silvestri, was promoted in January to Engineering Manager reflecting the high level of dedication and drive during her time at Toro. Working alongside our Director, Cherie will oversee the technical direction at Toro while also continuing efforts in business development.

Ronnie Phillips was also appointed in January as Administration Assistant to provide daily support to the Toro team and assist in fine tuning our administrative processes.

We are looking for additional Structural Engineers with minimum 5 years proven design experience in Mining Projects. If this is you and you have full working rights to work in Australia, come join our team based in our CBD office. In honour and loving memory of a dear friend, Kelly Stanbridge, we have chosen the Heart and Lung Research Institute of WA Inc Breaths & Beats Ride as our Fundraiser to support in 2025. This year will mark our 3rd year in supporting Kelly and the cause. We sadly lost Kelly last year in December, but her team are soldiering on in continuing the legacy she started. Forever their Team Captain.

With 43 days left till the event on April 6th, we look forward to making our contribution to the 2025 goal of raising $1M towards Heart and Lung Research.
