It is easy to talk about safer roads, better infrastructure, lower costs and more efficient construction.
The hard part is being willing to change the way things have always been done.
Western Australia now has access to modular systems, reusable infrastructure and proven technologies that can improve how projects are planned, delivered and maintained.
But even the best system is only as effective as the willingness of people to understand it, trial it and allow it to be used properly.
