Look at this transformation in Bayswater!

We removed 20 cubic meters of pavers, sand and rubbish to get this backyard back to a blank canvas. The owners had plans drawn up for a modern designed yard and did some of the upgrades themselves, with Fynch Landscaping supplying and installing the following;

🌱 Retaining wall with render and paint
🌱 Paving using Midland Brick Honed Gesso
🌱 Sir Walter Buffalo lawn by Greenacres Turf Group
🌱 Reticulation

The owners will add a timber bench seat along the retaining wall and timber slat screening along the fence in the coming months.

This job was recently completed in Brabham for a lovely family who's large lawn area had become too much, especially after the dog chewed up the reticulation.

We came up with a design that would give the dog a bit of lawn area (Lovegrove Turf Services ), but also keep it away from the new gardens, which include a selection of low maintenance plants from Benara Nurseries including some beautiful Crepe Myrtles.

Other features include:
🌱 Jarrah railway sleeper fence posts with steel cable balustrading and cottage gate.
🌱 Railway sleeper trellis planted with Star Jasmine.
🌱 Crushed limestone footpaths
🌱 Raised corten steel tree ring with stone mulch
🌱 Reticulation throughout

The family have already commented on how quickly the birds, bees and butterflies have come to check everything out.

This backyard in West Leederville was looking a little tired with a range of grasses struggling with the shade and not enough water 💦

We managed to squeeze a small digger through the side gate, removed 6 cubic meters of grass/sand and brought in 3 cubic meters of landscape mix soil.

We also installed bluetooth controlled irrigation tap timers and low pressure sprinkler heads to ensure the new grass would get well looked after.

With the shade loving Sir Walter Buffalo installed, the yard is now looking beautiful and matches the rest of the house 🏡☺️

A simple and low cost, yet effective transformation down the side of this house in Kewdale.
The existing pavers were reused and laid on top of weedmat and a base of mortar, with 70mm blue metal gravel in between. This should continue to look great for years to come with little maintenance required 👌👌

A beautiful way to add some colour to your garden

Check out this transformation!

The client wanted this space to be more baby/kid friendly and be able to have their baby outside without risk of falling over on the pavers.

The work we completed included:
🍃Removing the old pavers by hand and sending them off to WA Brickmatch( a great brick recycling program!)
🍃Installation of footing and a 2 tiered Limestone planter from REMASTONE
🍃Waterproofing the limestone planter box to reduce discolouration and moss growth
🍃New reticulation throughout the garden including to the grass and garden beds, and
🍃Laying of Sapphire soft leaf Buffalo grass to the area

Now the space is ready for the warmer weather and lots of outdoor play!
