DA was recently approved for this beauty situated in the heart of Leederville. The design pushed the tiny 250m² corner block to its absolute limits and was an enjoyable challenge to work on. With bold features and clean lines throughout, the aesthetics of this home are sure to catch the eye of many on this busy street.

- DESIGN TIME -

It's been a minute or two since our last 3D render, however the designs have been flowing lately and you can expect to see a few more pop up over the coming weeks.

Here we have yet another great colab with the team at , featuring a two-storey home in the new Lake Treeby estate with views across the road to the retained natural bushland. Pre-start changes are underway and we'll be off to engineering shortly, so not too long before we're breaking ground for this project!

Passive House Principles, or 'Passivhaus' is a topic that I've taken quite an interest in learning about in recent times and is something I highly recommend any person read about. While the costs can be significant to implement in its entirety, there are definitely elements that can be considered to increase the performance of your home, such as quality double glazing and ensuring the building envelope is tightly sealed and coupled with a HRV system.

Our Madora Bay design with Chross Homes & Developments was a finalist at the latest HIA Awards. While it didn't take out the award, its a testament to the quality of the design and craftmanship which is a great achievement nonetheless!

We’re proud to have Madora Bay custom build named a finalist at the 2024 HIA Housing Awards last weekend in the Custom Built Home $620,000 to $780,000 category.

Thank you to all our trades and suppliers that worked hard on creating a beautiful build as they do with all our homes.

It's been over 9 years since my last substantial holiday, so this one was well overdue and I'm enjoying every minute of it. The patience and understanding of all my clients - past, present and future - has been greatly appreciated and I'm looking forward to jumping back into things when I get back in a few weeks, feeling refreshed and recharged. New Project - Bicton Reno.

Facelift inbound for this dated family home in Bicton, bringing it up to the modern standards of the affluent suburb south of the river. Working drawings are now complete, which propose modifications to the home that create a more spacious, functional space and allow for a better flow between indoor and outdoor living areas, while offering a complete refresh of the façade.
