When was the last time you had your water filter cartridges changed?? 💧 💧
Regular maintenance will help maintain clean drinking water without the added dirt and chlorine. As you can see from the pictures below we changed five different sets of filters today and all under 12 months old from installation. The pictures speak for themselves.

Some new hot water systems installed recently, some with gas pipe upgrades due to pressure issues and one commercial grade storage tank installed to keep those cold 🥶 showers away 😀

Burst pipe somewhere behind the kitchen splash back, so rather that demo the whole kitchen we chased the wall behind and ran two new pipes down the wall to connect up to the kitchen island bench sink and bypassed the old pipes in the wall.

This old spa bath pump failed a direct replacement was not available anymore to work with the existing control panel. Sourced and supplied and new Spa bath pump complete with a wireless remote control to give and old bath a new lease of life.

150mm Dual check valve failed its backflow test due to and internal failure. Supplied and installed new 150mm Dual check valve and the fire service is now fully compliant. Remember Dcv and Rpzd valves are required to be tested yearly.

Customer wanted more space in their backyard and opted for this new slimline rheem 20 continuous flow gas hot water system. We installed the unit on balcony so it's now out of the way and freeing up much needed space for thier back yard renovation.

A phone call from a gentleman last week asking me If I could install a new Ecosoft 35 water scale conditioner along with a new water filtration system in an apartment. Space was tight but we made it work and the quality taste of the water was fantastic.

New Wilson three phase instantaneous hot water system And all new pipework supplied and installed this week at a dog grooming facility. Previous hot water supply was coming from the house but as it was a long distance away the water wastage was too much. Now they have hot water with the flick of a tap 💦

Solar hot water system stopped producing hot water to the taps due to a faulty tempering valve. New tempering valve installed and hot water supply restored 👍

New whole house triple water filter cartridges installed this evening in Treeby, notice the difference in the colour of the three cartridges.
The first cartridge captures dirt and sediment.
The second and third remove the chemical taste from the water.

A good reason to change your sacrificial anode before hot water system turns 5 years old. Look for the data badge on the left or right side of your hot water system or remove the front cover where you would normally restart the pilot light on the reverse of this cover you will have the year of manufacture of the hot water system, The black nut in my hand is what was left of a sacrificial anode that was only 4 years old 😳 always good to get them checked and prolong the life of your hot water system.

Another sewer inspection today on a commercial property. Drains constantly blocking up due to backfall on the main sewer pipe.

Customer had a slow draining kitchen sink and upon further investigation with the aid of our sewer inspection camera I was able to located a large build of grease within the drain.
Cleared the drain with the electric eel and inspected the drain to make sure it was now clear from obstruction.

Something a little different today, customer on a rural block had some strong smells in thier back yard and the power was also tripping in the pump pit for the leach drains on the septic tanks.
Removed old sump pump and found it had been on fire at some stage luckily is was surrounded by water.
New sump pump installed and tank now draining to the the leach drain as it should.👌

Does your toilet smell🤢🤢😵‍💫 this customer was fed up with the constant smell from their old toilets no matter how much they cleaned them as those hard to reach areas under the rim are notoriously hard to clean.
Customer opted for two new caroma luna cleanflush rimless toilet and will never have to worry about smells again 🤗🤗
