Meet Rae ☀️

Rae completed Roller, Moxy, Watercart & Loader, returning weekly for over 4 weeks to build up that much need experience until she secured her first DIDO job.

Here’s what she had to say;

‘I did my training at Cailin Mining and Civil two months ago. I’m Not gonna lie, I applied for several roles and wondered when my break would come!

It came three weeks ago when Niamh alerted me and another student to Roller/labourer roles within a remote road works company.

I’ve Just finished my first swing and LOVE it! Gaining a ton of experience and knowledge and discovering what it’s like to live in a mobile camp.

If I hadn’t met and trained with Niamh, I’m not sure I would have had the confidence to persue a career so far removed from anything I’ve done before.

But now the training wheels are coming off and I’m on my way.

We are seeking experienced mining operators for immediate start on a 2:1 roster at our operations.

POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

- Wheel Loader Operators
- All Round Operators (ARO)
- Dump Truck Operators (DTO)
- Excavator Operators

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Permanent visa holder status
- Proven mining production experience
- Current mining references essential

WHAT WE OFFER:

- 2:1 roster (2 weeks on, 1 week off)
- Competitive rates based on market rate and experience
