We have done 2 kitchen bench tops on the weekend with Vasari - Super white 40mm M/F ,
And Statuario Signature 80mm M/F edges Island bench top — 60mm M/F kitchen cook top bench top, and Scullery laundry tops .

Our experienced and qualified team work together to ensure the highest level of care in the manufacturing and installation of your stone. Ability Stone’s well-established platform allows us to accommodate all project sizes and budgets from private residential homes, through to multi-level residential & commercial buildings.
We are seeking a highly motivated and hardworking Apprentice Stonemason to join our team. The ideal candidate is a team player with a positive attitude who is willing to learn and take direction. The successful candidate will work within with our supportive team and learn all aspects of the trade whilst undertaking a Certificate III in Stonemasonry.
About you:

• Demonstrate a genuine interest in the industry
• Desire to learn new techniques and develop skill sets
• Positive attitude
• Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
• Driver’s licence and reliable transportation (Preferable to have a C-class license)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work effectively within a small team
• Understand and abide by workplace health and safety guidelines

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Reading plans, carrying out measurements and calculations
• Using a variety of hand and power tools to cut and polish stone products
• Manufacturing and installing stone benchtops and various stone items
• Assisting tradespeople
• Other shop duties
