Haven’t posted in a while but definitely still busy! Huge 16kw changeout this weekend here in Byford! A extremely outdated and burnt out Rheem replaced with a brand nee Panasonic, controller by a Air Touch 4 with remote sensors in every zone! All new ducting/strapping, new outlets the lot! And yes these controllers are also compatible with existing systems as a upgrade 😊

Remember to always use a FULLY Qualified Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning mechanic to install/service/repair and maintain and diagnose your air-cons! Far too often we are seeing constant issues with units installed by restricted licence holders, as per their licence they cannot repair or diagnose, only install. Leaving for us to repair / fix the mistakes made. Today we replaced an extremely poor install by qualified electrician sporting a 2 day “restricted install licence” Completely removed the existing 10kw Panasonic split ducted with numerous issues. Based on the installation it was past the point of repair and found to be past the point of repair so we decided to replace it with a Mitsubishi Heavy Industries 12.5/14kw system! Controlled by a Air Touch 2+ with control over every zone and giving the customer remote access to the unit!

Inverter PCB changeout for this 25kw Fujitsu unit! Initial diagnosis with an inverter checker showed that there was a clear issue with the pcb, failing to start the compressor. Quick board change and it was up and singing! ☀️❄️

Brought this Evaporative back to life with a new set of pads and another good clean out! 🙂 ❄️☀️

One of a couple installs done this morning down in Dunsborough! Customer supplied this Mitsubishi Electric and opted for it to be located on a wall bracket well away from the gas bottles. Legally they have to be atleast 1.5m clear from any gas or ignition source! Organised through SPW Electrical, locally owned and operated in Busselton ❄️🔥⚡️

Finishing off another late one tonight! Old Kelvinator replaced with a 9.5kw Mitsubishi Heavy Industries in David’s games room/shed! Should have no problem heating or cooling it anymore.

Another 9pm finish! Allen needed his unit installed ASAP and was more than happy for me to attend after a fully booked day to make sure he got some cooling before the heat hits! ❄️ ☀️

Thanks everyone for your patience! Very busy weekend just passed doing a mix of customer supplied installs aswell as supply and install! Plus a nice little motor kit change on an evaporative unit.
