Posted • The beauty in simplicity, makes for a bathroom space so luxurious. 😍

Clean lines, high quality fittings and meticulous trades all thanks to combined... lay the the foundations for a that is not only a dream to use, but so easy to keep clean 🥰.

A bath plinth positioned at the correct height allows for relaxing view through the shutters while laying in the freestanding bath.
All whilst cleverly helping positioning the waste in a renovation situation.

The sleek solid surface bath positioned centrally over the window, provides the perfect space to the left to stand and adjust the bath spout to fill, but most importantly allow one to jump in.

Bathroom goals 🤩🤩 Posted • Sometimes in renovations a little thinking outside the square must be done.
As things like the placement of fittings like towel rails prove difficult due to lack of wall space.

In I suggested the use of 2 x for a few reasons:-

✔ Pure luxury - who doesn't love a soft warm towel straight out of the shower!

✔ The only wall space that a towel rail could be installed in this master bathroom was circa 400mm wide. So rather than suggest a regular rail and run the risk of towels hanging squished and never drying, vertical rails eleviated this.

✔ The white tone of these towel rails, ensured the actual fitting itself blended harmiously within the room, thus not becoming the main event.

Oh yes and check out that vein matching in the wall tiles! Wow wow you have excelled yourselves again! 💙

✨✨Vein matching galore✨✨ Posted • Sooo in interior design, there is in my mind 3 different types of lighting...
(I could totally be missing some, for those playing at home)

In our Master Ensuite, I suggested the use of in the form of low voltage as they acted as a "fill" to counteract the 3600mm odd high ceilings, whilst providing an added warmth of indirect lighting.

Such ambient lighting trickery provides an optical illusion though can be a god send when one visits the bathroom in the middle of the night and regular bright lighting can be too much.

The strip lighting was continued into the shower niche to ensure the room's cohesion, and also not having a dark spot.

✔ Only 2 x floor grout lines in the entire room

✔ Back-lit bathroom mirror providing the perfect ambient lighting for makeup application

✔ Cleverly matched vein in the large format tiles

✔ Wall mounted basin mixer/ spout combined with undermounted basin = dream to clean

✔ the continous shower ledge that runs the length of the room, blends seamlessly into the room but also conceals the toilet cistern

Whilst having to stick to council requirements for heritage listings, we assisted in adding a modern yet classic touch throughout this heritage listed property in Claremont.
