I haven’t had a chance to post anything recently, things have been crazy this summer. Thanks for everyone’s support, business has been great thanks to word of mouth and recommendations online.
I also do commercial refrigeration work, I had an early start defrosting a large (by my standards) freezer room in Wangara for a new customer yesterday. It required a work platform on a forklift to access the evaporator.

A couple of West Coast’s Coolest specials installed during the week. Both kept the outdoor unit out of site and out of the way of entertainment areas.
You will see in one photo that iv removed the factory flares to weld on to the indoor unit. I always do this when safe and possible as welds never leak.
I also want to mention that although iv had a lot of posts regarding maintenance and installation, my strong suit is repair. Having worked for a company for 15 years that did a majority of insurance work, I have a lot of experience in repairing all types and brands of air conditioning.

A few splits picked up on Friday, ready for installation this week. These three customers will have their units installed just in time for this mini heat wave coming up at the end of the week. I’m still available for free quotes on new and replacement systems with units starting as low as $575+gst and installation starting from $450+gst.

Hopefully everyone’s air conditioners got a run and did ok today, it’s not too late to get them serviced before we start getting consecutive days like today. I’m still running the $99inc GST special. Last week was quite busy and this coming week is already 2/3rds full.
Here are a couple of maintenances and a relocation that were carried out last week.

Another happy customer, today we mounted the indoor unit on the rear wall of the house with just the drain coming out the back and we ran all the pipes and electrics to the dead side of the house to get it out of the way of where the kids play. It’s always worth asking for what you really want so you have no regrets later on.

Just a couple of photos of some installs that have been carried out in the last little while. For the month of November I'm happy to attend your property and quote on a new or replacement system for free. If your on a budget, I can get extremely good prices on Midea split systems and if your looking for something premium you really cant go past Mitsubishi Heavy Industries split systems.

Don't put up with an air conditioning outdoor unit in an entertaining area or area where it is ugly, there are many different options, such as roof mounting the system up out of the way. Both of these systems were moved as they were in the customers entertaining areas. One was put on to the roof, the other was moved around the corner and out of site. Whilst it would have been nice to go straight up and on to the roof, we didn't want to compromise the big beautiful new patio that had just gone up.

Its pretty easy to forget about your evaporative cooler up on the roof. These are high maintenance machines that should be checked over every 1-2 years. Here are a couple of before and after shots of some cleans I have performed recently. After cleaning, I check the condition of the pads and the general operation of the system and provide a report and quote with pictures if anything needs attention. For the month of November you can get all of this done for $99 including GST
