Traineeship – Business Administration Assistant

Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)

We are looking to employ an enthusiastic, self-motivated & organised person to provide a high level of support to our administration department for our Australia Wide clients, which is including data entry and filing, scanning, answering phone calls, daily mail and banking.

Responsibilities:
Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate area
Greeting members, visitors and customers
Collating PODs
Scanning, Electronic filing
Assisting with data entry of consignment notes

Skills & Experience:
Fantastic phone manner
A can-do attitude
A willingness to learn and grow in the role
Good understanding of computers
Impressive customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills
Integrity and resilience
