We were called out to a job that had previously had some piers replaced and wanted more done. Unfortunately they had them done by a handyman who had wound them all up leaving no wind left and used the existing footings which weren't even to code. Can you also notice that the first photo is missing bolts too.
Please Please don't rely on just anyone to support your house! Remember this is your biggest asset!
