We ended the week with replacing and old gas ducted & evaporative cooling system. Upgrading the whole home with a new Premium Daikin System & AirTouch 5 System. Essendon VRV Project – Rough In Stage ✅

This Essendon home presented a number of challenges due to the roof design and unique internal angles, making it difficult for previous contractors to provide a system that could be properly concealed.

Our solution was to design a Daikin VRV system tailored specifically to the structure of the home.

The system design includes:
• 2 concealed bulkhead units serving the ground floor living areas
• 1 slimline custom mid-static system designed to serve three bedrooms on level one
• 1 floor standing system dedicated to the master bedroom

The rough-in stage is now complete, with all indoor unit locations carefully planned to ensure the system integrates seamlessly into the home once finishes are complete.

Looking forward to returning for fit-off and commissioning once the build progresses.
