Soft natural light, rich textures, and thoughtful planning come together in this serene bathroom retreat. The skylight above the vanity and shower fills the space with daylight, enhancing the beautiful depth and movement of the green stone while creating a bright, calming atmosphere throughout the day.

Designed with both beauty and function in mind, the vanity becomes a striking focal point, while the shower and toilet are tucked discreetly behind the wall to maintain a clean, uncluttered view from the entrance. Every detail has been carefully considered to create a space that feels both luxurious and effortlessly practical.

A bathroom designed to be experienced, not just used.

Where light becomes part of the architecture. ✨

The dining space in this side of our Birdwood Project duplex is designed around simplicity, proportion, and natural light. A generous skylight draws daylight deep into the interior, while floor-to-ceiling sheer curtains soften the connection between indoors and out.

A restrained palette of warm whites, charcoal tones, and textured concrete terrazzo flooring creates a calm backdrop, allowing carefully curated furnishings and artwork to make a statement without overwhelming the space.

Every element was chosen to balance functionality with timeless design—creating a home that feels both refined and effortlessly livable.

A hidden extension of the kitchen — Project Birdwood’s walk-in pantry quietly steals the show.

Concealed behind the warm timber joinery, this space was designed to feel like a natural continuation of the kitchen’s material palette and mood. Dark shelving, integrated storage, and layered textures create a space that is equal parts functional and refined.

The peek-a-boo moments are what make this project so special — revealing thoughtful details at every turn.

A place for everything, designed beautifully. Swipe to see the seamless connection to the kitchen.

Introducing Birdwood.
A kitchen designed to feel grounded, sculptural, and quietly luxurious.

Deep timber joinery pairs with dramatic green marble to create a space that’s both refined and highly functional — where every surface, shadow, and detail has been considered. From the monolithic island to the integrated storage and soft natural palette, Birdwood is a study in contrast and restraint.

More than a kitchen, this is the heart of the home.
A space designed for slow mornings, long evenings, and everything in between.

Bellevue Hill glow-up ✨

This apartment renovation is all about soft neutrals, clean lines, and textures that quietly steal the show. From the seamless stone finishes to the calm, spa-like bathroom, every detail was chosen to feel effortless and timeless.

And can we talk about those tiles? 😍 A little bit classic, a little bit playful—like they decided to throw a chic party on the floor and everyone showed up in their best marble-and-warm-tone outfits.

Understated, but never boring.
