While you will need to sacrifice some space in your floor plan for the location of the stairs, our Designers often create designs that give the illusion of more space. White, bright, and fresh with a hint of heritage.

Some of the original details in this home needed to be integrated with new walls and ceilings, which can present challenges. We preserved what we could and carefully recreated decorative elements like the ceiling moldings and cornices to mimic the original charm. The ceiling moldings framing the new downlights create a striking contrast between heritage style and contemporary design.

This gorgeous ground floor renovation was combined with a Cape Cod first floor addition.
